Greetings everyone. Don't you love our spring weather, another 45 minutes of shoveling yesterday and today the wind sounds like a tornado out there as the wind chill harbors in minus digits. The only good thing about the winter we've had in Atlantic Canada is that when the storms blow we don't feel any guilt at retreating into the sewing room while soup mellows in the crock pot.
I've just finished several great workshops at the Quiltery in Riverview, one in beginner machine quilting and the second in beginner thread painting. This coming Saturday I'm looking forward to teaching for the Sackville Quilt Guild "Dad's Pineapple". Love this quilt and workshop. I've worked with the Sackville Quilters before and haven't met a more delightful group to share the day with. I believe there are a few spots left if you wish to join us.
